  • Questa unità 4BR Avian Forest si trova a soli 5 minuti dalla spiaggia e ha un sacco di spazio per la famiglia e gli amici. Ottimo per i golfisti, famiglie e ragazze fine settimana. Situato appena ad ovest della Highway 17, la piscina è a pochi passi dall'unità e gli ospiti hanno accesso a Litchfield By the Sea e ai servizi che ha da offrire. L'unità dispone di 4 camere da letto king size con 3 bagni, angolo bar, TV via cavo, internet, schermo e portici non schermati, cucina completa e molto altro ancora. Situato in una comunità tranquilla, gli ospiti troveranno un ampio parcheggio e spazi per rilassarsi e godersi la costa in qualsiasi momento durante l'anno.

    Nella struttura LBTS non sono ammessi motocicli, camper, camper, autobus o skateboard motorizzati.

Great Family Beach Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was perfect for an extended weekend getaway for our family. The rooms and living area was very spacious with a fully stocked kitchen which is key as we like to cook in. The unit is close to many beaches - suggest going outside Litchfield resort to avoid the crowds - and centrally located to stores and other amenities. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to COVID-19 which is understandable. The description should be updated to reflect this or implement an appointment only system to keep the occupancy down. An outdoor area to rinse off from the beach would also be great.

Great location for family vacation

This condo was a perfect layout for a multi generational family trip. We had two couples and one family of four in the group and each family had its own space and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed although we didn't cook much. The unit is very conveniently located to parking and the neighborhood pool. It was great having a grocery store and a few restaurants right up the street also. Convenient location to other amenities like beach access a short drive away. We did wish it had been more clearly communicated what all we had access to at check-in as we probably would have taken advantage of more if we had known from the start. One note is that this is a downstairs unit, so you can definitely hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. It was never disruptive, but was quite noticeable. Overall, we had a fabulous time and would definitely return!

Great vacation!

Tidelife was wonderful to work with, answered all questions quickly and professionally. Check in/out process was a breeze. The unit was very spacious and comfortable. Nice proximity to the pool on site that very nice. Access to Litchfield by the Sea was convenient and a great beach area. Close to restaurants, golf, grocery store and more! Great overall experience!

This is a great spot! Conveniently located near lots of golf courses, spacious rental, and a pool right outside. We had an awesome stay here and would definitely come back!

Great group setting

We were a group of 3 couples visiting the Pawley's Island area for a wedding and wanted to stay together. The condo was a good location for all wedding events and gave us a chance to visit together during the wedding down-time.

Avain Forest & COVID-19

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was wonderful and so was the location. Plenty of restaurants near by and the beach was only 1.5 miles away. We rented it for the month of March and the first two weeks were great. Then COVID-19 changed all that. The beach and some of the golf courses remained open so that helped some but just about everything else closed. We hope to return to the area again and if we do we will try to stay at Avain Forest.
