Blue Heaven Charlestown Grant - Blue Heaven is a beautiful home located in Charlestowne Grant at Litchfield By The Sea with easy access to beach and pool. This private home has a cheerful decor and features an open living room with a gas fireplace. The kitchen has been upgraded with quartz countertops and is spacious and well equipped to prepare meals for your family and friends. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor providing easy access to the main living space. The remaining 4 bedrooms are all upstairs, with in-room vanities. There is also a second sitting area upstairs for the family to enjoy. You will also enjoy the tankless water heaters that never run cold! Location, location, location! One house away from the community beach access, one house from the pool that was refurbished in 2021, and on a small cul-de-sac with only a few Charleston Style houses. Master Suite with Garden Tub, Separate Shower, 4 Porches (One is Screened, & 3 are Open and Covered), 4 Bedrooms with Private Sinks (on the top floor) and 3-1/2 Baths (1-1/2 Main, 2 Up). Amenities Include: 3 King Beds, Gas Grill, Ceiling Fans, Enclosed Outside Shower, and Covered Parking.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets..

Current Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This House has access to the Charlestowne Grant pool and beach accesses.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
