Absolutely disgustingly dirty and run down house - do not rent!
I am going to be honest, this house is completely unsanitary and a disgrace. I have been coming here for over 50 years and what has happened to this house is absolutely horrific. It was disgustingly dirty - cobwebs over every bed, open boxes of wine hidden in a bathroom closet, other closets were full of dirty shoes, towels, broken toys, dirty blankets and furniture throughout, broken screens, broken deck furniture that was rusted and could have seriously hurt someone, disgusting dirty kitchen that we couldn’t eat in, I could go on and on. The pet fee is absolutely absurd as we left the house cleaner than we found it. Every ac vent on the floor was so full of dust and grime and pet hair that we had to clean them. I honestly am so furious and disappointed. We had two toddlers and a 7 week old baby who all had serious congestion from the moldy dirty air. They would then be fine outside all day, which told us it was the house. Meanwhile Pawleys is still as wonderful as it always was so we didn’t complain while we were there we just spent as little time as possible in the house. This house should not be rented in it’s current condition. Again I am incredibly disappointed, sad and will never return to this property.
