Open concept common areas are centrally located on the main floor providing a spacious eat-in kitchen with direct access to the front porch lined with rocking chairs. A furnished porch with cozy swing bed overlooks the backyard.

Additional features include covered parking, enclosed outdoor shower, and an outdoor TV sitting area under the house with ping pong table. A small public boat launch is only steps away across the road, perfect for exploring the beautiful tidal creek.

BEACH / CREEK ACCESS: The beach is about a 3-minute walk right around the corner and a short block away. A small public boat launch is just across the road, perfect for launching a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings.

LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this unique coastal community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as the tidal creek. A stroll-about will unfold scenic Lowcountry vistas, rekindle friendships from past stays, and provide access to a sample of local shops and restaurants. Central to much

The house is not on the beach or marsh. But. It is an easy walk to both. Murrells Inlet food and boardwalk a short drive to the north. The house is located far to the end of the road so almost no cars driving by - mostly joggers. Back porch faces everyone else’s backyard so not too interesting. Front porch is where we congregated. Four bedrooms - two on either side of a central living/kitchen area. Each pair of bedrooms share a bathroom Jack/Jill style.
