Un posto fantastico per fare ricordi

Questa casa ha subito una ristrutturazione completa, di recente. Ha tutti nuovi arredi, nuovi pavimenti e elettrodomestici da cucina. Godetevi la meravigliosa vista sull'oceano da questo 3 camere, 2 bagni condominio at Shipyard Village a Litchfield by the Sea. La master suite dispone di finestre dal pavimento al soffitto con una splendida vista sull'oceano, un letto king size, 2 cassettiere, 1 comodino e un bagno rinnovato di recente (2019) con una nuova vasca e doccia separata. Una camera per gli ospiti ha 1 letto matrimoniale, comodino, comò e una TV da 40 pollici. L'altro divertimento camera riempita dispone di 2 letti a castello e un lettore blu ray / DVD. Questa stanza è un paradiso assoluto bambini. Ha una superficie di una TV a schermo piatto per gioco / film. I sacchetti di fagioli e le sedie da gioco sono inclusi per il relax dei bambini. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di una comoda zona trucco in ogni camera. La camera familiare ha la vista più bella della spiaggia con uno schermo piatto 55 '. La camera familiare è collegata alla cucina ben attrezzata e bar per la grande conversazione. Grandi albe sopra l'oceano può essere visto sul ponte mentre si beve il caffè la mattina presto. Il mazzo ha un nuovo tavolo "high top" e un set di sedie insieme ad un nuovo aliante. I servizi includono: 4 TV a schermo piatto, 2 lettori Blue Ray / DVD, suono surround, cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, macchina da caffè Keurig, macchina per il ghiaccio appena installato, lavatrice / asciugatrice, ferro da stiro, parcheggio riservato e centrale AC /calore. Nuovo up mobili scala in tutto. Tutte le lenzuola sono inclusi con 8 biancheria da bagno e gruppi di fogli freschi senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. È inclusa Partenza servizio di pulizia nel prezzo. Wonderful Beach Getaway

What a great place to make memories. Very clean and well appointed condo just steps from the beach. The open living area is cozy and comfortable with plenty of room. The dining table is large with chairs and benches available for any combination of desired seating. The ocean views from the balcony are amazing and it’s a great place to relax after the beach. The “beach” closet has everything you need from chairs , boogie boards, beach toys, and even a sun tent !

2025 ladies beach weekend

It was wonderful, the condo was perfect and the homeowner was super helpful!The only thing that could be fixed is the second and third (guest) bedrooms window blinds should be blackout. The lights shining in from the outside walkway kept those two bedrooms very bright all night.

Lovely beach and condo

The condo is spacious and clean, with all the amenities. It has a partial view of the ocean and beach, which are just a short walk away. The beach is quite wide at low tide, sandy and walkable. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys that are provided. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. There is an elevator and plenty of luggage carts. The one issue that arose was quickly and easily resolved. The pool area has 2 pools and a hot tub, but not a kiddie pool, though the smaller pool has a shallow end. We were a grandparent, 2 parents, and 2 children, ages 4 and 5, and we all had a great time. If you're planning to do much cooking in the unit, be aware that all the knives are serrated, so you might want to bring one or two knives for paring and chopping.

Good times were had!

I Highly recommend staying at this condo!! Great views of the ocean, steps away from the beach. Everything you need is included in the unit. Very clean and convenient for all. Communication was great throughout the stay. No complaints whatsoever. Great rates too! We'll be back soon!

Fantastic beach access!

Very comfortable and convenient property. Lovely decor and lots of extras to make beach outings easy. Sharon was an excellent host. She was responsive to questions and went above and beyond to answer questions and make us feel welcome. :)

Fantastic place!

This is one of the nicest VRBO rentals I have stayed in. Comfortable, spacious, beautifully appointed and decorated. Close proximity to the beach, wonderful views. Mattresses were first rate. The general area is very nice too, lots of great restaurants and shopping. We had a family emergency, and the owners were very understanding and accommodating. I would stay there again for sure. Highly recommend!

A great week at Litchfield by the Sea!

My wife and I are just back from 10 days at this condo. It was a fantastic experience, starting with the owners who were super responsive and invested in our experience. We've stayed at many condos along the Grand Strand over the years and have never been met with so much assistance and welcome! The unit is clean, nicely appointed, incredibly well-stocked, and super near the beach. We will definitely be back!

Family friendly condo

We brought my son and his wife and baby for an extended weekend. Very well stocked. Beach toys, tents, chairs, pack n play and high chair. Just steps from the beach made it easy to carry everything down. Will definitely stay again.

Great vacation spot

This condo was great. It was roomy and had a great view of the beach along with easy access to the beach and pool. The storage unit was great to have access to beach chairs and toys! The owner was easy to communicate with as well. Our family had a great time and would recommend this condo for sure!

Perfect for the whole family—especially children!

Our stay was absolutely perfect!! The location so close to beach access couldn’t be better! I’ve been spoiled in my life & being right on the beach with little children is a must & this condo was that! It was also very close to the pool. I had an 8 & 10yo & 18month old and everyone was happy. She had a pack and play & high chair available as well as beach chairs and toys. If any issue arose the owner was very quick to handle it or answer any questions. She was super easy to work with! In general it felt very safe & clean and everyone was able to relax and have fun. It really was perfect! Hopefully will be back next year!

Beach Convenience

We stayed in the property in May 2024. Condo was clean and updated in a quiet building within Litchfield by the Sea. What really stood out was the easy access to the beach. The condo is close to both the elevator and stairs and a beach access is just steps away, which made it convenient whether you were heading down with supplies for the day or just popping out for a quick sunset walk. I would definitely recommend this condo if you want easy access to the beach!

Our family of 6 had a superb week and enjoyed our time here so much! The condo is a perfect location to watch the sunrise. Sharon is so accomadating and the easist renter I've had the pleasure of engaging with compared to other experiences in the past.

Absolutely amazing property!

Beautiful view, so convenient to the beach. A bit tricky with the extra parking some days when it’s booked up. A great place to get together with family. Plenty of kitchen necessities to cook. Our family of 5 was very comfortable.
