“I have traveled to quite a few places in the world, but the hospitality at this hotel was some I have ever received. The staff were incredibly attentive to all our needs and especially good with our small children. I cannot recommend this place enough”

“The room was spacious with nice decor and seating options. The ceiling had water stains in 2 places. The pillow were nice and comfy. I had to moved three times due to the first room AC not working properly, the second room had a heavy cologne smell like the previous guest possibly wasted or busted a bottle somewhere on the carpet. “Breakfast was very limited. They ran out of items at 0830 and refused to replenish them even though the they still had over an hour left!!! Otherwise it was ok.”

“The sink in the room was cracked. The outside door, right outside of the room was broken. That caused us to go around the long way just to get to our room. The bathroom vent did not work. The breakfast was okay. However, the juice machine was broken the whole time. Parking was horrible and scary. The man that checked me in was not very friendly and would stop assisting me just to answer the phone. Then he proceeded to help the person on the phone and have me wait. “Everything was pretty much what we expect. We did report the bathroom light flickered like it was ready to burn out or the bias was going bad. Hopefully they took care of it. We pretty much kept the light off because it was annoying. It did take awhile for it to start flickering.”

“The older black female at the desk with the short hair and the mustache was very rude she saw me and my fiancé at the desk and went to the back for an hour after we made eye contact and didn’t come back when we called for assistance to check in”

“The room was nice and spacious, however the refrigerator was not getting cold. We ended up having to change rooms because of this. We called the front desk to get a blow dryer and the staff reported they would check and call us back and never did. It was also disappointing that there was no breakfast.”

“They did not clean the room each morning, empty the trash, or provide fresh towels everyday I was there, 5 days. Asked several times for them to do it and it never happened.”
