Welcome to The Gem, a beautiful two-storey beach house positioned right on the sand at stunning Pearl Beach sleeping 12 (10 adults max) . With direct beach access, beautiful views, generous living spaces and plenty of room for families and groups, this is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the coast.

Upstairs

The upper level is all about the view. The open-plan kitchen and living area features bi-fold doors opening onto the deck, where you can take in sweeping views across Pearl Beach and the iconic rock pool.

The deck is perfect for morning coffee, long lunches and sunset drinks, with alfresco dining and plenty of space to enjoy the ocean air.

There is ducted upstairs and a split system unit in the queen + single room.

There are two bedrooms upstairs-
Master bedroom with ensuite
Second bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed above. Please note, the upper single bed is only suitable for a child.

Downstairs:

The lower level offers additional space and flexibility, making The Gem ideal for two families or larger groups.

There is a second full kitchen, comfortable living room with a queen sofa bed, and two bedrooms:

`One bedroom with a King bed
`One bedroom with two single beds plus a trundle bed, available on request

`Outdoors and Beach Access-
Step outside onto the grassed area and you`re directly on the beach, no roads to cross, just walk straight from the house onto the sand.

The outdoor area includes:
Direct beach access
Grassed lawn area (not fully fenced)
Outdoor dining
Pizza oven - perfect for relaxed family dinners by the beach

Heaters and fans only downstairs, no air conditioning.

Location-
The Gem is perfectly positioned to enjoy everything Pearl Beach has to offer. The cafe is a 1-2 minute stroll away, while Umina Beach is just a 5-minute drive away, with supermarkets, caf s, restaurants and other essentials.

Despite feeling like a world away, Pearl Beach is approximately 90 minutes from Sydney, making The Gem an ideal coastal escape for a weekend away or a longer family holiday.
