“We had a perfect weekend. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and spotless, and the staff is kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Our room was big, clean, and comfortable, and we loved being able to fold up the couch bed so my four year old daughter could play. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the couch bed was great as well. My four year old had a blast playing with Daddy in the lovely pool area. “We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly.”

“The towels where all with yellow stains, there was no shampoo or conditioner. My son got a bit from an insect or something at the room on the last night. It was not a great experience for the price ”
