“Entrance has some strange odor. Smell was horrible near water fountain next to gym. Rooms are ok but we had issues with bathroom sliding door and one of the shower heads. Area is good. Breakfast is adequate but not very good. Things were not refilled quickly”

“The hotel is really nice and staff were helpful. Room was clean and fridge was already cold. They had water, coffee and juice out in the mornings, which was nice. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool or breakfast because of other obligations. My only problem was the toilet flushed weak. We were there 2 nights for a graduation and didn’t get around to informing staff. The hotel was in close enough range to everything we needed. I even found a beauty supply store and a grocery store. “Bad odor throughout building. Horrible customer service”

“The room was good, and it was clean. Nice big fridge and microwave were great too. However, only 2 bath towels for 2 people the entire week, Sunday to Friday? My room was fine otherwise, but my coworkers room had leakage when it rained. They didn’t offer to move him to another room even though the hotel was half empty. And when the staff went in to clean up the water, they didn’t even change the bedding which had gotten dampened.”
