“The hotel has the basic amenities. The problem is in the details. Before being able to check-in, you have to deal with their valet. This seems painless enough, but we spent 15 minutes in line waiting for a guy to ask if we were staying, get our license plate number, and then tell us to pull up to our hotel. “Todo perfecto”

“The room was really dusty. There was dust and crumbs everywhere on the floor. We asked every day for three days straight that the room's laminate floor be cleaned, swept, mopped, and/or vacuumed and housekeeping never cleaned it. I even offered to clean it if they brought the supplies. At check out, we informed the front desk and all they said is that they would let housekeeping know. No cleaning nor did they give us comps for dealing with a dirty room. ”

“Buen hotel en relación precio–calidad, especialmente si vas a Disneyland, ya que puedes llegar caminando en unos 20 minutos entrando por Harbor Blvd, o bien en Uber. Además, te ahorras el estacionamiento. La experiencia en general fue buena; sin embargo, el tipo de desayuno no es claro. En la reserva aparece como “free breakfast”, pero en realidad es un light breakfast (café, té y barra de granola). En nuestro caso, veníamos de una estancia en un Best Western —por un precio símil y mismo...
