“The property was amazing. Room was clean, the breakfast was fantastic each morning, the staff were very friendly. We were surprised when we checked in and were told that there wasn’t a shuttle to the Disneyland park. In the hotel write up, they specifically state there is a bus that goes from the hotel to the park each day. There was no compensation made and we had to add that to our expense for the week.”

“If you're planning on spending all day (sun up to sun down) at the Disneyland Resort, the location of this hotel is ideal. It was nice to simply walk across the street to our hotel when we were finished for the day and not have to worry about waiting for a hotel shuttle. The room was clean, quiet and had everything we needed to get a good night's rest. “They dont change the sheets everyday, or at least every 2 days. We stayed for 4 nights. Also the toiletries shown on the photos do not match the actual toiletries provided: which was a bar of soap by the sink and a bottle each of body wash and conditioning shampoo in the shower. Not enough towel hooks to hang towels from.”

“Property is very nice and new. Breakfast I feel is very limited and could be better. Fruit is way too limited. Parking is only valet but when you can they don’t explain there is no self parking so you will find yourself paying another $38 plus tax per day. I saw various complaints about this and called. Was told their was self parking and then told their wasn’t once I was there: The manager Stephanie listen to the recorded line and said otherwise. For the price stay at a more nearby hotel.”

“The outside grounds and the exterior look charming. The lobby is also very nice. Unfortunately we were given a room in the second, and apparently quite neglected, second building. The bathroom looked like it had received several paint overs and caulking applications and looked like an aging celebrity being held together by its makeup. The tub was stained and didn't drain well and a few bugs crawled out to say hello. Sorry the Disney shuttle wasn't enough.”
