On the good side the grandkids enjoyed the pool it’s big enough to enjoy and small enough you can keep watch of your kids. I don’t think the pool towels were washed they just put them in a dryer and at times no towels were available. Most important my grandkids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was typical, hotel...

“Our second stay here and never disappoints. The staff go above and beyond. We actually forgot an important piece of our luggage, they called us and kept it secure until we returned for it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. ”

“They advertise a business center, they do not have one. There is only 1 vending machine at the hotel, AND IT WAS OUT OF ORDER. My room did not lock, was shown to hotel employee, they were not concerned. Staff was very rude”

“The room was nice and breakfast was good, but when we went to go to the pool, it was down. The front desk said it would be closed for the duration of our stay and that there was no chlorine. We traveled with 7 children and chose this hotel with the pool for a reason. We were very disappointed, especially because a lack of chlorine in the pool is completely preventable. No communication at check in regarding the pool. It felt dishonest. ”
