“This is place is a joke and I would not ever recommend staying. #1 The hotel advertised a breakfast but they were out of everything. The lobby area where you would have a breakfast smelled so bad I thought it was sewer. #2 It is infested with roaches the size of Texas. We turned around and reported the bugs, asked for a refund and did not stay. The receptionist was suppose to get the information for refund emailed. i have not heard a word. You are taking a chance if you choose this place. ITS...

“It was Sunday evening and we ordered a soup and a salad (only one of each)in the dining room. It was an hour before they arrived . No explanation . We were told an old fashioned wake up call was scheduled but it never came. We had a very early appointment in Pottsboro which we made on time anyway. not the expected service for sure.”
