“The anantara brand is well nown fow the high standards, all details are alwayss perfect this is the reason why we choose to come here! But in this case even if The hotel is quite new looks old. The location is amazing but is not enough. There is a huge problem with the smell that you find in all the bathrooms and honestly when you are paying a 5 stars hotel this can't happen! The rooms looks old and they need a refurbishment as well as the pool ..just some rooms are new and they are very nice...

“We enjoyed our stay here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Amenities were very nice. Didn’t realize the location is deep inside a neighborhood, and closest route to Padang Padang beach area was a very bumpy drive due to roads being very broken. Not a deal breaker because the resort was very nice and peaceful and even with the slow drive to the more busy area, it only took about 20 minutes. Only complaint is how we were constantly harassed by the team trying to sell us a timeshare. We had...
