    Questa villa è esposta a sud e beneficia di terrazze private per godersi il sole tutto il giorno. Mentre rilassarsi sulle terrazze si gode una vista sulle montagne, la privacy e un ambiente sereno e tranquillo.

    La doccia esterna è l'ideale per rinfrescarsi. Questo è reso privato ed è il perfetto relax per la doccia in qualsiasi momento della giornata in un ambiente tranquillo.

    Questa villa moderna, pulita, privata, climatizzata e indipendente si trova nell'urbanizzazione di La Sella, circondata da uno splendido scenario e da scorci pittoreschi in una posizione tranquilla, a breve distanza in auto dalle spiagge e dalle città di Denia e Javea.

    La Sella ha un mini supermercato, ristorante, bar / caffetteria, palestra, internet cafè, farmacia, centro informazioni, campi da tennis, maneggio e campo da golf La Sella tutti a pochi passi dalla villa.

    Villa fornisce una nuova cucina, elettrodomestici tra cui una lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno a microonde e tutti gli utensili da cucina essenziali.

    La villa può ospitare 4 persone con 2 ampie camere da letto, letti ben attrezzati, ampio spazio, aria condizionata in ogni stanza, ventilatori a soffitto e pavimenti piastrellati - per mantenere la villa fresca durante i mesi estivi.

    La zona soggiorno / pranzo è a pianta aperta e modernamente arredate, con una nuova cucina ed elettrodomestici. L'ampia zona giorno è luminoso ed elegante, con porte che conducono ad ampie terrazze. Le terrazze sono l'ideale per cenare all'aperto su quelle calde serate estive.

    La piscina è COMUNALE - è disponibile solo per un piccolo numero limitato di residenti privati. La piscina è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla villa, con una splendida vista sulle montagne e gode del sole tutto il giorno. La piscina è sicura, controllata e completamente mantenuta ogni settimana.

    Anche durante i mesi primaverili ed estivi la piscina è usata raramente.

    La piscina ha una estremità profonda ideale per le immersioni, e abbastanza grande per le lunghezze del nuoto, con una piscina per bambini aggiuntiva. Plus terrazze ideali per prendere il sole e una doccia rinfrescante.

    TUTTE LE TARIFFE sono comprensivi di servizi di pulizia, aria condizionata e WIFI.

    Un pacchetto di benvenuto è disponibile su richiesta.

    Una pulizia completa è previsto prima del vostro soggiorno. Due settimane più lascia includerà una metà settimana pulite e cambio biancheria da letto. Bagno asciugamani sono forniti.

    Una varietà di ristoranti tradizionali e moderni, bar, negozi, supermercati, gelaterie, splendide spiagge, sport acquatici e una Spa sono tutti disponibili nelle città locali di Denia e Javea.

    Denia ha una straordinaria Marina e Porto che offre vari sport acquatici e ristoranti esclusivi / caffetterie per tutta la famiglia.

    Denia e Javea hanno entrambi mercati notturni retrò, bar e ristoranti eccellenti. Durante i mesi estivi si svolgono molti festival e spettacoli pirotecnici.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything you could need, and we truly lacked nothing. Kate is an exceptionally good and pleasant host. Whenever we had questions, we received an immediate answer. The surroundings are absolutely wonderful. The pool is about a 30-second walk away, and the beach is a 10-minute drive by car. Highly recommended!

Fabulous!

My husband, myself and our two teenage daughters spent a glorious two weeks in Kate’s beautiful property. I have to say on arrival the property was absolutely spotless both inside and outside. The outside space is absolutely beautiful and lots of it. There were lovely zoned off areas for sunbathing or if you wanted shade and there was plenty of outside furniture to enjoy all the spaces, six beautiful loungers was a real treat with beautiful umbrellas if you wanted shade. There is a lovely breeze most days created by the beautiful surrounding mountains. The outside shower is very useful, however so is the garden hose to cool off. The communal pool is a 2 minute walk away and has a beautiful vista of the mountains and most days is extremely quiet and many times we had it all to ourselves. This lovely property is set in a gorgeous, quiet, up market area and you feel completely safe. We allowed our daughters to walk around and had no concerns at all. There is a nearby restaurant in La Sella which is walkable to. Lovely food at very reasonable prices and a great atmosphere. The property is extremely well equipped and the attention to detail is second to none. Do ask Kate about her secret drawer😀 Kate was at the other end of the phone if you needed anything but we didn’t as everything was fantastic. A car is definitely required if you want to go out and explore. Would highly recommend this beautiful property in beautiful surroundings 😎

Très belle maison avec plein de charme

Très belle maison typiquement espagnole, Pleine de charme dans un très beau quartier. Tout est à 15-20 min en voiture bien équipée. Maison propre dans l’ensemble, literie tres correcte, mais il y avait un peu de poussière derrieres les meubles et en dessous des lits, point à améliorer de notre point de vue. L’autre point qui nous a un peu gêné était l’absence de machine a cafe, nous preparions le cafe dans une casserole à l’ancienne. Piscine commune très propre, juste en face de la villa et souvent vide (on pouvait l’avoir que pour nous) Nous regrettons pas du tout notre choix, et recommandons cette maison sans hésitation Merci Kate

Très belle location

Maison dans un quartier calme avec belles prestations. Nous avons apprécié le calme, l'agencement de la maison, la piscine et sa vue magnifique. La mer est proche ainsi que la ville. La plage est agréable et le centre ville avec ses marchés aussi. Merci Kate pour ce séjour reposant et dépaysant.

The perfect family holiday....Thank you Kate x

My wife and I and two children ages 3 & 6 stayed here from the 20/08/2018 till the 30/08/2018, It was our 1st time in this Villa and 1st time in La sella but it wont be our last. I only get 1 family holiday a year due to my buisness so i do lots of research before i make a decision, unfortunately that usually means looking at about 4000 villas! I was lucky to find this Villa early in my search as it ticked all the boxes. My next task was to research the area and again it was clear that you need a car but your only a stones throw from everything you need. The Villa itself was imaculate but very homely, the aircon units where a Godsend and it was lovely just to chill after a hot day out and about, The Villa has got everthing you need to help you stay be perfect, the pool is 30 secs away and is very quiet and we all loves the outside shower especially after a day at the beach. We where generally out and about every day from Denia, Xabia, Benidorm waterparks and Valencia, all have fantastic beaches i would recommend a trip to the Waterparks if you have children, there are 2 in Benidorm Aqualandia is better for older children and Aqua Natura is for the slightly younger, both are massive but be prepared to pay for a sunbed and a locker once your in the park, also look out for deals, the waiter at the La Sella resturant gave us buy 1 get 1 free tickets for Aqua Natura, great day we went on my sons 7 birthday.... Also the bonus to this Villa is a contact point, Kate was brilliant always there if you need help or advise. Sorry to go on but we had the best time and we will deffinately be back, thank you Kate..x

A lovely clean house in a beautiful area

We had a really nice holiday in La Sella. When we arrived at the house it was incredibly welcoming and clean. The house has lots of charm and is in authentic Spanish style. The landlord had just changed the air conditioner, which was really nice in the heat. Everything that stood in the description of the house lived up to our expectations. Unfortunately it was so dry that we could not grill outside as the house did not have a gas grill but only a charcoal grill. However, we cooked food in the new kitchen. Landlord was always very helpful. She guided us to the best beaches and to nice restaurants. It is definitely a place we would recommend and return to.

Perfect villa for those who like to relax

I have forgotten how many years we have now stayed in this villa for our three week holiday in Spain. It is just perfect for us - very clean, very comfortable, very quiet an perfectly located. Kate is extremely helpful and we already look forward to our stay next year When we will also. Be able to enjoy the newly installed Wifi. Highly recommend hiring this villa.

Lovely villa in quiet location.

This is a comfortable, well maintained villa in a quiet residential area. It has a new kitchen, is nicely furnished and has everything a family of four may need, especially air con in the bedrooms. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. There was a linen and towel change half way through our holiday which was appreciated. The owner was always available to answer any questions before and after booking. The swimming pool is one minute's walk away and even though it is a shared pool we often had it to ourselves during the day. There is one restaurant within walking distance and Denia is a ten minute drive. We liked a restaurant called Bar BBQ Fuego. The location of this villa makes it a good base to explore this part of Spain. Valencia is an hour's drive and worth a visit. The nicest beach we found was El Portet at Moraira. Very good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant

Loved it. Villa fantastic like a home from home. Probably the best self catering accomodation we have stayed in. Swimming pool is great and very quiet and no more than a 30 second walk is like having your own pool as is that close. Great location in between Denia and Javea. Lovely restaurant within walking distance. Will definitely return. Owner fantastic and nothing too much trouble. Can't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic

Can't recommend this property enough. Definitely the best self catering villa we have stayed in. Accommodation and equipment great, like a home from home. Pool great and quiet. Restaurant within walking distance is lovely. Location brilliant half way between Denia and Javea. Owner brilliant and very heplful and nothing appears to be too much trouble. Am sure we will return again as had a fantastic time.

Third visit to this villa and it is just as great!

We have spent three weeks in this villa every Spring since 2015 and we just love it and will hopefully come again next year. Everything is so comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the new wicker chairs on the patio. Kate is so friendly and cannot do enough for you. We highly recommend this villa.

Wonderful Villa, we had a great holiday.

This is an amazing Villa, so clean and so well set up for holidaymakers with air conditioning, large TV with UK channels, DVD player, lovely terraces to sit out on, well equipped kitchen, private parking etc. It is very private. We loved the heated outdoor shower at the Villa. The property exceeded our expectations. It is located in a lovely, quiet village. Within walking distance there is a well stocked shop, Internet cafe, restaurant etc. The swimming pool was excellent and is literally across the road. We visited Javea and Denia whilst we were there, both very appealing and nearby. Kate, the owner is extremely helpful and friendly and gave us lots of advice. No hesitations in recommending the Villa, we hope to return very soon!

BEST VILLA I HAVE EVER STAYED IN

I have stayed in many villas in my time and this one is the best it is very beautiful and clean.It is very easy to find the location is ideal for everyone as within walking distance there is a restaurant the food is very good as is the wine there is a small supermarket,internet cafe,golf course,horse riding,tennis courts,the villa is very private and quiet the swimming pool right next door to the villa is also very quiet.The owner is also very helpful and goes out her way to make sure you have a perfect holiday.I will be revisiting this villa again definitely

The best Villa in Spain!

A comfortable, well equipped villa in a quiet location which was ideal for our three weeks holiday bird watching and exploring the countryside. The pool opposite is ideal for a quick swim first thing in the morning and last thing at night. We will book again for next year.

Great peaceful Location, beautiful Villa

I found the whole experience easy and the owner was so helpful. The bar and restaurant near by in la sella had exquisite food and there is a supermarket and Internet cafe. We were provided with everything we needed and the advertisement of villa was exactly right. The villa was clean on arrival which is important to us. We recommend this property and we felt the pictures did not do the villa justice. It's beautiful, clean, and we would defiantly go back! Thanks again for making our holiday so great.
