“Location was good, not as close to the beach as advised by others. Parking was easy and a nice surprise with our room being serviced.”

“The property itself was fine. However Expedia photos show a water view which was not the case with the room. Check-in was delayed because the room was not cleaned.(around 30 minutes). Rubbish was placed in paper shopping bags at the end of the corridor near entrance to the room over night (possibly by other guests but not cleared by staff) which was not ideal.”

“Excellent location and views of the marina. Older building with obvious signs of some maintenance requirements. Felt uncomfortable with the excessive amounts of additional personal and financial details required at check in.”

“The condition of the furnishings in the room were terrible, the lounge chairs were well and truly worn out, threadbare curtains hanging on only a few hooks, chips in the seats on the wooden chairs. The rooms were stuffy and no flywires so couldn't have windows open, fans supplied but couldn't plug them in to be able to use them. the whole place is run down. very disappointing. Would not recommend”

“Cindy a the office was a very lovely lady who made booking in a breeze. The room was very clean as was the park itself. The room had everything I needed and even had an upright fridge, a microwave and oven toaster and outside was a private undercover area with a picnic table and bbq. The room I stayed in didn’t have a bathroom but it took me literally about 12 steps to the toilets and shower with a locked passcode. Highly recommend”

“Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised We recently stayed overnight at Serenity on the Terrace in Mandurah and were very disappointed. Unfortunately, the property looks nothing like the photos advertised online. It is extremely outdated and in poor condition. There were patches of paint all over the walls, ripped curtains, and the couch was dirty and smelt strongly of mould, which made the place feel unhygienic and uncomfortable.
