“Pros - Decent room for the price, clean and neat bed, working AC and nice staff. Cons - Missing spoon, dirty cups, missing tea towel and washing up sponge, (had to request from reception). Found a dirty pair of underwear in the kitchen cupboards when searching for a tea towel. Informed staff, they told me I should have seen the state or the room before! “We enjoyed our stay and was impressed with the size and amenities included with two ensuite bathrooms. Its spacious, a short walk to the heart of Mandurah & you have your own single garage space. Downside is that reception is at another location to pick up keys & if you have heavy bags you need to lift them up 1-2 flight of stairs (it is two storey).
