“We felt that the room was not cleaned properly, we found hairs on the bedding and in the bathroom, more attention needed, the room was light and airy, basic provisions of fridge, shared bathroom although we didn’t see any other guests when we stayed.”

“At 10pm arrival in the area told by company that my room had been double booked even after a phone call in the afternoon confirming the room slept in car as other hotels fully booked. Dreadful service”

“Views are great over the square and the check in and communication process was easy. £100 bond was returned quickly and the flat is very secure and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Parking was free 6pm to 6am and is a 5-10 minute walk away at Argos and can be paid for remotely from 6am 8am which was £2. ”
