Case in affitto a Pell City

“For a restful stay in the country, this property can't be beat. And just a mile off interstate 20. It is beautifully decorated. The kitchen has all you might need for preparing meals. The grounds are wonderful. I picked blueberries and blackberries for breakfast and before I left the owner brought me a bucket of berries to take with me. They also sent me home with fresh cut sunflowers and lavender. My dog loved playing with their dog and meeting Jack the donkey. I will definitely stay...

“Had a very nice stay here when we were in town for a wedding. The property is tucked back away from major roads, in a nice quiet area. The beds were comfortable and we slept great! The Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the bedrooms was plenty spacious for the four of us to share and the half bath on the first floor came in handy. Great communication and responsiveness from the host.”

“The surrounding properties were scary! Didn’t get out of my car.”

“Super cute and comfortable home. I really enjoyed our stay. Esmerelda was always prompt in communication. I would definitely recommend booking!”

“Overall great stay, nice home, nice fenced yard for dog to run around, host was especially nice and responsive. Will would stay again when visiting the Bham area.”

“I stayed at this house with some colleagues for a week while we attended a work conference. We found the house to be in great condition and very clean. Alise was a kind host and she stayed in communication with me during the entire process, including leading up to check-in. I would book this house again in the future and I recommend this property for future guests.”

“We had the best stay at this cute spot. It was well equipped and clean. The communication with the host was amazing. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“Just an amazing place! Period”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience. My family rented both Unit A and Unit B for my aunt's 70th birthday, and unfortunately, the property did not meet our expectations or the quality shown in the listing. The cleanliness was one of our biggest concerns. The bathrooms were in poor condition, the inside of the kitchen cabinets was dirty with debris, and the property did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The bedroom in Unit...

“The place was clean and comfortable and only 6 minutes from our family. We enjoyed our visit very much and hope to return.”

“Great price and location. As advertised, quiet and secluded.”

“Nice cozy place for a good price.”

“Very great host and house”

“They offered a "late check out" . . . and when we asked for it . . . they said they were too busy to honor that for the Sunday so we must leave at 10am and not 1pm. If you can't honor it . . . then why offer it? Area was alittle questionable on safety.”

“This was our 4th year staying at this property. We love the location, as it’s close to all of the things we want to do. The home has so much room for us to spread out in. We were so happy to stay here again and look forward to next year.”
