“A two night stay at the Malanda Lodge recently was an absolute pleasure. Set amongst one of the most picturesque tropical settings in North Queensland, the Lodge offers one of the best overnight stays we have experienced, Tranquil, wonderful staff, a superb continental breakfast made the stay a memorable experience. Recommend putting the Lodge at the top of your list when travelling through the Atherton Tablelands.”

“Property called “Canopy Treehouses”. My booking stated “Deluxe Cabin” but upon arrival found we had been allocated a caravan that had an “eco toilet” (hole in the ground) that you couldn’t flush. I expected a treehouse in the trees. This was a birthday present for my Husband so was disappointed & thought it very expensive for what we got. Not recommended.”

“We stayed in the hotel twice, the first room we stayed was really cleaned. But the second time, not really happy. The bathroom was dirty, did not look like it was cleaned. I needed to clean the sink due to some black stuffs on it even on the floor looks like dried vomit/blood. Wiped the toilet seat, look like someone stepped on it. They only replaced the towels. The teaspoons were still dirty(not washed), cups were dirty too. The beds were changed, everything is dusty. Hope they will do...
