The hotel is a bit more dated than I expected, but the staff provide good service. The breakfast is fairly average.

My stay was disappointing because several basic amenities and services did not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel. There were no complimentary coffee or tea-making facilities in the room, which is a basic convenience provided by most hotels. In addition, breakfast only starts at 8:00 AM, which is far too late for business travellers who often need to leave early for meetings or work commitments. The hotel's location is also quite inconvenient, as it is far from restaurants, shops, and other essential amenities, making it difficult for guests to access basic services. Another issue was the low water pressure in the shower, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. The hotel falls short in providing several basic necessities that are commonly available at other hotels. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

Very clean room, a bit dark in the bathroom but super clean and helpful staff. The pool and the gym were great. Towels provided at pool. Shuttle in the morning to various breakfast areas. Lots of malls close by.. lol. We went to the pool every night to cool off. Bedrooms were comfortable, great sleep. Staff at reception were super helpful!
