Questa soleggiata casa di fronte all'oceano esposta ad ovest, è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi, con amici e familiari. Con una spaziosa sala da pranzo al piano superiore e una spaziosa sala giochi al piano inferiore, è apprezzata dalle famiglie multi-generazionali.

Guarda le balene nuotare mentre le aquile volano dai tuoi ponti di grandi dimensioni o il patio lastricato sull'oceano.

Questa grande casa di famiglia di 3000 metri quadrati si trova su un terreno privato di un ettaro. Le viste sud occidentali dai ponti, cucina, camere da letto e aree di vita sono stupende.

Godetevi la sala da pranzo confortevole e lounging mobili da giardino sul ponte, barbecue a gas, BRAND NEW Hot Tub plus DUE caminetti a legna.

L'enorme cucina abitabile è stata recentemente rinnovata ed è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario, comprese spezie e fogli di alluminio! Controsoffitti al quarzo, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, isola della cucina. Un sacco di spazio per cucinare e socializzare.

Al piano di sotto ci si può divertire nella sala giochi con vista sull'oceano! È dotato di un biliardino e di una TV da 65 pollici per guardare la partita o i film.

E RINNOVATO IL PONTE DEL PATIO DI PISTA.

A pochi passi si raggiunge una splendida spiaggia, porto turistico e picnic spot. Goditi i meravigliosi tramonti dal terrazzo, sala da pranzo, cucina, soggiorno, camera da letto principale, sala giochi e camera da letto matrimoniale.

Pender Island offre tutti i servizi necessari per acquistare generi alimentari, negozi governativi e negozi di liquori privati, farmacie e persino una cantina da visitare. È possibile noleggiare kayak a Brownings Marina, noleggiare barche, nuotare nella loro piscina o mangiare al pub.

Una breve traversata in traghetto o un viaggio in idrovolante da Vancouver, Seattle e Victoria. Eagle Rock si trova nelle isole del Golfo del Sud della bellissima costa occidentale del Canada. È accessibile alle sedie a rotelle.

Beautiful Pender Island View

Great location, amazing views, good space for a family of 8 plus 1 toddler. Close to hiking, disc golf, cidery and winery. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. Nice deck with hotub overlooking the water and beautiful sunsets

Beautiful Pender Island

We had a lovely stay at Eagle Rock. Pauline’s place is extremely clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and games area. The highlight for our family was the upper deck with stunning views for morning coffee, family meals and games or evening soaks in the hot tub observing the stars. Looking forward to returning!

Late summer paradise

Beautiful accommodation inside and out. The residence is only surpassed by the glorious natural surroundings. We spent a week unwinding as a family - the days were packed and we still haven’t seen all the island has to offer!

A Peaceful and Quiet Oasis

We loved our stay at Pender Island. Relaxing in the hot tub or on either deck and looking at the water and wildlife was just the city escape we both needed. The house had everything we needed thanks to our host Pauline. We especially appreciated the flexibility on leaving time for checkout day, so we could be comfortable at the house before taking a later ferry. While on the island, we visited the winery and cidery. The winery had a lovely setting but I would have liked to have tried red wines too. The cidery was fantastic in our experience, and we wish we’d bought a few more bottles to take home. We ate on the patio of the marina restaurant, got ice cream, and picked up sandwiches and baked goods at a local bakery/cafe. All were great and provided tasty vegetarian options. We stopped at a larger grocery store in Victoria to buy some of the Salt Island cheeses to try, since we planned to go straight to Pender Island. Glad we did. Yummy!!

Amazing getaway!

My friends and I were blown away by the beauty of this location and property. The home was spacious, the bedrooms were gorgeous, and we had a lovely time enjoying the hot tub, deck, and whale watching spot. Pauline was very helpful and communicative, provided clear instructions for all amenities and shared some great local suggestions that made for a great weekend getaway. Our best family vacation ever!

Seven of our family, ages ranging from 4 to 72, met and stayed at the beautiful Eagle Rock for a week. The home was spacious and comfortable, and our vacation would have been perfect if we only had enjoyed the incredible views. But we sampled everything Pender Island had to offer! From picking blackberries to sampling wine and cider to the last day at the Fall Festival, it was the best family vacation ever. Thanks to our wonderful host for making it easy and comfortable.

Pender vacation

Great place to stay with stunning views. Had a group of friends come from throughout BC. Hardest thing was getting there but Pauline advised us to book a ferry and had a great check in and check out system. Seamless. There was a lot of broom on the property but it seems to be growing all over the island. But, the location is awesome, the house is fantastic and the views over the ocean are incredible. Great place to unwind and enjoy with friends or by yourself.

A slice of heaven

Eagle Rock did not disappoint! Absolutely beautiful location. Pauline is very responsive if you have any questions. The home itself is very comfortable and spacious and has everything you need. We were a group of seven adults and we had all the space we needed. Sitting in the crystal clear hot tub in the afternoon looking out at the ocean was indescribable. We spent so much time on the upper deck relaxing, reading and watching the ocean for wildlife. There were a couple seals that hung out in front a few of the days and we had a pod of whales go by one afternoon. We filled the hummingbird feeder and had humming birds all day into the evenings. And the sunsets are spectacular!! Loved our time at Eagle Rock! Can’t wait to visit again!!

Eagle Rock for Easter

Our family of 8 adults and 3 children celebrated the Easter weekend at this spectacular property. We enjoyed the stunning view and we found the home super comfortable and very well supplied. Girls weekend on Pender!

Beautiful location

Absolutely stunning views. We enjoyed watching the sunset every night on the deck. It was wonderful watching all the boats and ferries cross in front and we even lucked out to see whales Great location for getting to activities and hikes on the island. Easy walking to a little cove and lovely marina Well stocked kitchen and nice layout for families to stay together We absolutely loved our time on Pender island, truly magical place and can’t wait to return another time!

Could stay forever!

Amazing location. Could stare at view endlessly. As mentioned kitchen stocked well. As in dont bring anything. Best kitchen, bar set up we've seen anywhere we've stayed. Bedrooms separated nicely. Front entry hall very nice for drop zone. Wifi strong (especially with 8+ connections). We came during a mini heat wave, blinds down it did get warm. Loved the extra kitchen suite downstairs. View spot was incredible. A really nice home with open spaces, providing some fun games and lots of laughter. Pender island made us all relax and be on island time after 2.5 years of no travel. Can't wait to book again if we are able. Pauline was fabulous to communicate with. Thank you x8

Welcoming home in quiet neighborhood. Beautiful west-facing views from high cliff site provided many spectacular sunset views as well as scenes of passing orcas, ferries, ships and boats, birds etc. Well-supplied kitchen.

Perfect for our three generation family vacation

From deer staring into your bedroom window early in the morning to magnificent sunsets in the evening, Eagle Rock is full of delightful surprises big and small. The house is actually two self-contained and fully equipped units, perfect for our three generational family visit. Our youngest daughter and husband and kids had to run of the basement suite while the other adults could (theoretically) sleep in upstairs in spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. The kitchen is ridiculously well equipped (two meat thermometers?) featuring everything from a snazzy wine cooler to a full drawer of spices. (We did add a bottle of dried basil. You’re welcome.) This is a professionally-run rental, and you can be confident everything will be in place, well maintained and of a high standard. If you want to grill on the propane barbecue, there’s not only one full tank in the grill but a back up just in case. Pots and pans of all sizes and descriptions abound. There are two coffee makers, upstairs and down. The lovely hot tub is clean and ready to enjoy. There is even a cable car lift (don’t lean on the gate!) to bring your luggage up and down from/to the parking area. Perhaps best of all, the setting is magnificent. The house is perched on a high cliff looking west over the channel to Saltspring Island. And it turns out the name Eaglerock is not just an affectation. A pair of bald eagles nest nearby and swooped daily across the coastline below us. Pauline was out of the country during our visit, but she left the house in the capable hands of Laurie, the housekeeper, who was helpful and welcoming and lived nearby. If you are looking for a comfortable, well appointed, spacious island rental in a gorgeous setting, you’ll be hard put to beat Eagle Rock. One caveat: the descent from the house to the cliffside sitting area is steep, but from there it drops straight into the ocean below. Kids need to be accompanied at all times.

Lovely Place, Amazing Sunsets

We had a really lovely time during our stay. The place was clean, bright, very spacious, and had excellent views of the sunset, really spectacular. We enjoyed the wood fireplace, large kitchen and barbecue. We didn’t end up using the hot tub but maybe we’ll try it out next time. Location was quiet and peaceful and just a short drive from amenities. Highly recommend!

Amazing and relaxing stay at Eagle Rock!

We had a fabulous weekend away at Pauline's beautiful home. Right on the water, we watched the boats go by, had fun in the hot tub, and just enjoyed the nature and stunning views. Pauline was incredibly welcoming, and responsive to any questions I had. I'd stay here again in a second. :)

Beautiful home on a beautiful island.

We had a wonderful stay here over New Years. There was lots of space for our group to spread out, and great living areas to hang out in. The two kitchens were a bonus, and they were really well provisioned. Great views of the water, even from the hot tub. Highly recommend.
