“Basic hotel, poor conditions of room and its contets. Shower has no haging points, shower head does not work well, no vetilation, kitchen tools are old, A/C is right on the bed's level hence could not be used during the night in hot weather as it freeses the occupants and it is very noisy.”

“The property was over priced for what it is , I had called the hotel to ask about adjusting dates due to a family emergency and the front desk person stated she would contact the manager and get back to me but I never heard anything and no mention at check in either ……. The hotel is okay but I would expect better at the rate they charge , they did however give a water bottle at check in but I’d preferred they keep the gift and charge appropriately………”

“We stayed in Room 114 on June 2, 2026 for one night. Room was clean and easily accessible. Laundry services were great after a week on Vancouver Island! Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside is the A/C stopped working after being in the room for about 3 hours. The “filter” indicator light came on. Which was fine. It wasn’t that hot out at night and the fan on the A/C worked just fine. Close to the airport and ferry terminal. And the restaurant on the property was great. Hotel guests...
