“The hotel was lovely and I was happy with my stay. I really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and thought it was very well-maintained.
However, I woke up covered in bed bug bites. I was very surprised as the room seemed very clean but over the course of the next couple of days 40 or so bites appeared.
I reported this to the hotel and was told they would check the room and follow-up. I emailed the hotel but got no reply. I am obviously worried that I will bring this issue back home.
