The only thing i dont understand is the £5 charge for Parking. The hotel has its own grounds outwith the main services parking so the only people using the car park are hotel guests. Its at a motorway services so no one can access the hotel without a vehicle so the extra £5 for parking is a bit of a joke, I would feel better if it was...

The bed was huge and very comfortable. We had a disabled access which was great.
Only negative. No air conditioning, but we asked for a fan and we were given a large fan on a stand, which was sufficient.
Breakfast was fantastic good quality and freshly made.”

We stayed 3 nights and the room wasn’t serviced on any day noting we paid the same for each day we expected the room to look and feel clean each day. Dirty Coffee cups and glasses were left and whilst towels were replaced once (which was fine) the servicing lacked attention to detail. ”

My room wasn’t ready for check in and I was part of a wedding so haven’t to come back wasn’t ideal, my room wasn’t entirely clean, there were dirty tissues under the sink cabinet and there were missing batteries in the remotes in my room. The dishes and glasses at breakfast were also dirty. ”

"Hotel bello purtroppo come abbiamo fatto notare alla reception le camere non vengono rifatte in modo soddisfacente. (Abbiamo pure inviato le foto di come abbiamo trovato il letto dopo essere rientrati alle 17:30), pure non rimettevano la carta igienica di scorta. Del servizio pulizia siamo stati delusi non ci sono nemmeno venuti incontro offrendoci almeno una colazione gratuita. Non pubblico le foto eventualmente le ho a vostra disposizione per visionare."
