Excellent property - so clean and pretty From the kitchen stocked with coffee, water, Gatorade & snacks - even some frozen pizzas The beds were so comfortable It had everything we needed for a great stay and the owner communicated timely I will definitely try to stay here again when I visit Clemson

The property was great, the location was perfect for our events for the weekend. The property description said it sleeps 6 people. It has two beds, a futon and a crib. If three couples stayed one couple would have to sleep separately. Everything else was spot on and would definitely rent again. A

CONVENIENT TO ALL OF OUR NEEDS

Joe, the homeowner, was extremely easy to contact and was very pleasant to work with. He is relatively new to the VRBO experience, but is very open minded to the little issues that we did contact him over. The house was perfectly located for our needs and located about midway to the Clemson campus and the city of Anderson where you find Sam's Club, Walmart and many other shopping centers.

Great spot for our family to stay!

Our daughter, husband, and baby stayed at this property while we all gathered for a family Thanksgiving! It was perfect. The location was convenient for our gathering in nearby Pendleton. There was a very helpful crib and changing table in one room, and the home was very clean. In addition, there were thoughtful touches of an assortment of snacks, coffees and teas. Finally the host was quick to respond to any questions we had, which was very helpful!

Perfect home in lovely location

This home was a perfect location to stay for our Clemson Tiger’s ring ceremony. Perfect layout, lovely neighborhood, and fully stocked. Snack basket upon arrival was very much appreciated! Will definitely consider this home again for a future visit to the area.

Fantastic new rental near Clemson

We stayed here overnight because of a family funeral. The house was extremely nice with wonderful amenities. Would definitely stay here again- hopefully under better circumstances. The owner was super and very responsive. Would recommend to anyone!!!
