“The breakfast and supper was great”

“The checkin was fine but the whole lobby area, hall and in my room smelled like smoke and I had booked a non smoking room. I was so exhausted after an eleven hour drive I just collapsed on the bed to rest and didn’t go out and complain. I smelled smoke all night. Didn’t sleep well. The hotel was quiet and breakfast was standard for the price.”

“The room had a very strong odor. It was so strong and smelled very chemical. We opted not to stay and requested a refund. The furniture was in horrible shape. The laminate was gone in sections of furniture. Bed was made very sloppy and the linens looked awful.”

“I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property that made it uncomfortable to even be in the room. It’s clear that the hotel is in serious need of renovation and better upkeep. The cleanliness was especially concerning. The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned, and the bedsheets seemed unchanged from the previous guest, which is completely unacceptable. Basic hygiene...
