“The hotel is off the beaten path and sits above Dingwall and anyone taking mass transportation to Dingwall should be aware that taxi and bus service to the property is limited. If you are carrying light luggage, and you are healthy and feel inclined, you can walk the 20 minutes from the train terminal. I cannot overstate that the walk is all uphill! Dingwall is very quaint and small, so there are only a couple of spots to get food or a pint of ale before 3 pm, but the property has a nice pub and...

“We would highly recommend this hotel. Great room, lots of space. We would especially recommend the staff. We checked in on a Saturday night in the pouring rain and the staff were so welcoming even with a full bar and restaurant. They had even kept a table open for us at the restaurant. We loved our stay.”
