“I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The entire place felt very dated and had a musty, unpleasant smell throughout. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The bedding was poor quality, with worn pillowcases and visible dirty marks (as shown in my photos). This is simply not an acceptable standard for any hotel. The floors were also dirty, with bits of debris everywhere — I felt I had to keep my shoes on at all times. There were also visible cobwebs around the bed...

“Esperienza da incubo: moquette sporca e consunta, porte e finestre malmesse, pavimento sconnesso e ovunque odore nauseabondo. Se non siamo scappati è stato solo per via delle lenzuola accettabili e perché la struttura in grado di ospitarci era ad un’ora di auto (avevamo fatto trekking la mattina e poi guidato per quasi 300 miglia). Le tre stelle -semmai ci siano mai state- risalgono a venti anni fa, quando avrebbero dovuto chiudere per ristrutturazione. Indecente!”

“Me and four friends stayed at Raj’s awesome Fyne Rooms as a night stop over on our five ferries cycle weekend. Arrived late and soaked - the lovely rooms were a Godsend! Also, Raj lent us the use of small shed to lock our bikes up. Also despite being fully booked up & really busy, Raj and his lovely team Nathan & Tabby(?) cooked us some really tasty pakora and nan wraps. I would not hesitate recommending. Thank you guys, Tony”
