Cottage a Penisola di Fleurieu

“Hotel di fronte al mare, 5 minuti a piedi per l'isola di granito. Vicino al centro città e ai negozi. Parcheggio privato disponibile. All'interno della struttura si trova anche un bar ristorante che chiude alle 18. Struttura storica e bella ma che necessità ristrutturazione interna. Camera grande, bollitore, mobilio vecchio e bagno vecchio, da risistemare. Consigliato per la posizione.”

“Esternamente la struttura è bella. Però al interno ci sono parecchi problemi! Il front-office staff e cortese e disponibile. Purtroppo, internamente l’albergo è in un stato di degrado. Le nostra camera era molto sporca. Nelle lenzuola, di colore giallastro, abbiamo trovato dei capelli. Il front-office staff a dovuto cambiarle. Ci hanno detto che non era la prima volta. Intoro alle finestee molto sporche c’erano delle ragnatele. La colazione era pessima e i piatti e le stoviglie parecchie volte...

“We enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The one bedroom apartment unit is spacious with a view overlooking the swimming pool and golf course. We booked it for 2 adults and 1 kid as stated on the ad, however I was asked to pay extra $35 for using the sofa bed for my kid, which is contradictory to the listing ad. The ad is misleading. I hope it will be looked at by the hotel to avoid confusion to their future customers.”

“The hotel provides late check in. The staff Jenn is so kind that to allow me to park my car in the hotel premises so that we can walk to Granite Island. The room is clean and obviously the furniture are all new. Like the location and friendly staff. ”
