“Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questo hotel con vista strepitosa alla fine della nostra vacanza in Giappone. Hotel con tutti i servizi descritti ed anche di più, personale molto attento e gentile, ottimo ristorante. Bello l'onsen.”

“Kitchen was very well-equipped, with a lovely big fridge. Appreciate the laundry machine available. Older place so a bit worn and dusty in places. Very spacious - yet somewhat awkward for just relaxing in. Single beds were not comfortable so we placed tri-fold mattresses on top. Orange duvet covers not a pleasant material to touch. We could not get hot water in the tub so we're not able to enjoy it! Air conditioning was good! Nice neighborhood. Lovely plants and birds just outside!”

“One off the most breath-taking hotel a i’ve ever been. On Ashinoko’s Lake shores, this hotel has three restaurantes, two onsen bath ( outside inside ). Personal way very nice and kind, they took our luggage since se approva bestie the hotel and they even brought them to our room. Only one thing, there’s nothing outside the hotel and everything closes by 17pm ( even transport ).”

“The food at the restaurant was amazing. We had 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch and 2 dinners there we liked it so much! The private Onsen was wonderful to soak in but the public unisex Onsen was fabulous— 3 different temperatures, one area with massage jets and another with submerged lounge chairs. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate and the Ropeway shut down so we saw none of the sights.”
