“I highly recommend staying here at least once. It is beautiful, nostalgic, and clean. The ambience is great. The service is top notch, all staffs are very kind. Complimentary drinks and snacks that are refilled every day. The only tiny negative is that the room is compact, but they really make up for it and beyond by the level of services and details, the available environments and experience. Don't forget to visit their rooftop, the visit was a very memorable part of my trip.”

“A very beautiful hotel with some services whose quality is not inline with the hotel category. For example, fresh fruit is a pleasant amenity of the room but sometimes it has not been supplied when the room is made. Another unpleasant situation you would not expect from a 5-stars hotel is the lack of a printing service for flight check-in documents. The front desk charged us with some dollars for each printed page.”

“ho 61 anni è nel corso della mia vita sono stato in parecchi 5 stesse e devo dire che Andaz Macau è stato quello con il miglior servizio che abbia mai avuto. Per non parlare della comodità pulizia e bellezza della stanza. il personale ed in particolare il congierege ed il quelli che rassettano la stanza nel pomeriggio sono stati incredibili. Si sono presi anche la briga di riordinare gli oggetti personali con una cura ai dettagli mai vista (ad esempio fibbie in cuoio per raggruppare i cavi...

“Hotel in buona posizione nel Centro di Macao, con la fermata dell’autobus( per andare all’aer O per andare al terminal traghetti) proprio davanti....camera grande con zona divano ma bagno piccolo. Colazione esigua. Personale gentile. ”
