“Myself and partner really enjoyed our stay for 4 nights. On arrival we were greeted with a very warm welcome and a smooth check in by reception. It was made even more pleasant by receiving an unexpected upgrade to which we were very grateful and appreciated. We would have no hesitation in staying here again and would fully recommend to anyone staying in Geelong.”

“The "likes" for 16 days of stay - a home away from home : a) The location is very close to Chadstone Shopping Mall, Subway, Hungry Jacks and Oakleigh etc b) The bed, pillows and bedding were superb and clean c) The sofa/bed was very comfortable and clean d) The bathroom was clean and has hot water on the fly - the complimentary shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash were superb! e) The concealed washing machine and dryer was a life saver, it was sound proof while in operation -...

“The door locks don't seem secure. Please check if each room door cannot be opened from the outside when closed and locked.”

“There’s was festival below, very loud until midnight. The floors still had dirt on them. There was tricking water from an outside pipe the tripped all night. The parking was difficult, we had to enter their Parking via the multi rise parking. Our cafes were too “big” for their parking and we had to park out the back. We asked for one of the beds to be made up of 2 singles and we had 2 queen beds. Not a great experience. We won’t ever use this facility again ”
