“We were very disappointed with our stay. The first room we were given had stains from bodily fluids on the beds, which was completely unacceptable. We requested a different room, and after moving, we found dirty towels left behind in the second room as well.
To make matters worse, when I asked to switch rooms, I was told we would receive the room at a cheaper rate because of the inconvenience, but that never happened. Overall, the cleanliness, customer service, and handling of the situation...
