Hotel vicino a Penrose Hospital - Colorado Springs

“This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. I like all the decor. It's modern & beautiful. There's a good size parking lot. Depending on how you come into the city you have to go through several of the other businesses parking lots to get into the hotel. We didn't make it to the breakfast so I can't comment on it. I also like that it's located close to a large amount of restaurants. We will be staying here again.”

“Average hotel, the personnel is very friendly but the rooms are a bit noisy (a/c and highway). 10 minutes by car from downtown but without the car not much is available.”

“The accomodation Is a nice and clean hostel therefore you must be aware that no sheets are in the beds, fortunately we has our sacs, so we did not asked for them them I do not know if tgey can be rented. Check It. Instad covers are provided for free. Another issue we found Is that It Is indicated simply as RAD so not look for the label "Colorado Adventure". ”

“I rarely write reviews, but the lack of communication from the property management company was beyond frustrating. I followed all instructions, attempted contact 72hrs prior, no response. Called and left multiple messages, no response. Access was supposed to be through an electronic lock - with the code being the last 4 of the phone number, didn’t work. Finally, after numerous calls and messages left, I was able to get a live person to help gain access. Four codes later- and access was...

“There was no food or coffee left when we went down at 9:30. Parking lot had the same water bottle out in the garage for three days. Trash in garage was overflowing.”

“Absolutely delightful B&B. Located in the center of town (but very quiet at night) near restaurants, lovely shops & excellent laundromat. Easy drive to Garden of the Gods. Super clean, excellent hot breakfast, super welcoming hosts and staff. ”

“DONT GO HERE ITS AWFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t expect a fast check in even if it’s pre paid for. the staff take extra long hoping the line thins. Then if you don’t have physical copies of i.d they accuse you of credit card fraud but first you have to wait 4 hours in orders to get that far. Then when you have, say your parents, try and buy you a room they just deny service completely. then walk away. we never said or did anything disrespectful until we were disrespected. “The location was great for all the things we wanted to do. Breakfast was good and the coffee machine made for the best options.”

“The room was nice, but the breakfast was not edible and there is no additional food service othee than reheated meals. The coffee was nice. While checking out, there was a clearly drugged (I would assume fentanyl) man in the elevator. I requested help from the staff and he was removed, but he was able to get into the hotel unnoticed by the staff. A less than optimal experience, to say the least.”
