The front bedroom has a desk and office chair, with a full size bed. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has a queen size bed and newly added private bath. Washer and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry room just off the kitchen.

The apartment features a private bedroom bathroom and an open living space and kitchen. The apartment was recently updated, providing a spacious and comfortable retreat with all of the modern amenities. The bedroom has a King size bed and the kitchen and living space provide abundant space.

Guest Access:
Parking is available in the driveway alongside the home, with an additional parking pad on the east side of the property. Free street parking is also available to guests. There is room to park your boat with public boat ramp access to Bayou Texar one block away in Bayview Park. East Hill is a quiet neighborhood perfect for a walk or bike ride. Downtown Pensacola is about a 10 minute drive and Pensacola Beach is about 15 minutes away. The Pensacola airport is just a 10 minute drive as well. Uber and Lyft are readily available.
