While we’re excited for the improvements, we want to be transparent that we do not yet know the full impact this work may have on Palafox-facing units, including potential noise or other environmental effects.
Please keep this in mind when booking stays between January and June, especially January–February, as construction—including demolition—is scheduled to occur 24/7, and these units overlook the construction area. We’re happy to answer any questions or provide additional details upon request. Entry to The Lofts should not be affected, as there are two alternative entrances located on the side and back of the building away from Palafox. -Consumables: In each condo, we provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet tissue, laundry/dish pods, coffee, and creamer. If your stay is longer than 3 days, we highly recommend bringing additional supplies. A few sets of towels will be placed in each bathroom. Feel free to use the laundry pods to refresh the towels during your stay or opt in for a room refresh for an addl cost.

Guests of the Lofts can enjoy exclusive access to a fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area. On the same city block, you will find a variety of conveniences such as hair salon, spa, restaurants, and retail shopping.
Parking
While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate. Discount code with instructions will be sent in Check In instructions a few days before arrival. There is city parking surrounding the Lofts on the side streets that is free until the end of Palafox construction (approx. May 24).
Things to know
Your primary way of accessing the condo throughout your stay is key cards. 3 days before arrival, you will receive general check-in instructions with details about the property, parking instructions, etc. Then, few hours before your check in time, you will be sent codes for accessing the property and condo itself to obtain key cards. The lobby desk is unstaffed, so the check-in process is self-guided. We ask guests to please read over these items in detail for the most seamless check-in experience.
-Beach towels available to borrow upon request (limited supply so please ask beforehand)
-Leave the key cards in "Key Check In/Check Out" binder page at check out.
-Do not use the white towels for makeup removal- there are black washcloths in each bathroom for this purpose and we can provide more upon request. Please do not wash white laundry with colored laundry. Excessive staining on the white linens and towels may result in an automatic stained linen charge of $25.

• Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
• No parties allowed on the premises. Events must be approved through the proper channels and given prior authorization through management.
