Non perderai nulla in questa unità 3 Bed / 3 Bath splendidamente decorata, situata direttamente sulle splendide spiagge di sabbia bianca di Perdido Key, FL. Questo ampio open space in soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina si rivelerà molto spazio per l'intera famiglia. The condo was exactly as pictured. Very spacious and clean! The Spanish Keys facility was low key, not crowded, and had a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool. Beach access was great and had nice chairs and umbrellas for rent!

This is the first condo I have stayed in that didn’t have sticky floors! It was so clean and well stocked! The location was amazing and the property was very well kept. We will be coming back!

Overall, our experience was great! The condo was in such a good location, just a few condominiums down from the FloraBama. We had the perfect spot on the beach for the fireworks. The condo was spacious with plenty of beds. Bring extra blankets if you tend to run cold because there were no extra provided. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was super convenient. Kitchen was lacking a few things, like kitchen towels, but we picked some up from the dollar store. Broken can opener. We messaged the property about these things so I’m sure the few issues we had will be resolved. Great views from the balcony. Nice size pool. Chairs with umbrellas available for rent. Area downstairs to keep your things like beach chairs, floats, etc. Parking lot is pretty small. We had a Yukon XL and had some difficulty maneuvering through the tight space. Overall we had an amazing week and would definitely return.

Great week at the beach. The ac wasn’t cooling and the property manager had the ac guys come check immediately. Fixed the problem very quickly. Some of the furniture seems tired and the washer was a front loading one that probably needs to be switched out for one that won’t fight mildew/smell. Overall great condo, just in need of a few updates. Property manager was very nice and proactive! Thank you!

The condo was clean and easily accommodated our family of 3 adults and 2 kids. The view from the condo was amazing. The only issue we experienced was the balcony doors would not lock. I contacted the host and a repair company was out quickly to resolve the issue. They fixed one, but had to order parts for the other. We didn’t mind not being able to lock one door since our kids were older and knew not to go out without an adult. The host also provided recommendations for the restaurants with the best crab legs and they were fantastic! We also loved having the ice cream shop across the street. The beaches were clean and quiet, perfect for a family vacation.

We stayed in 504 last year and enjoyed it so much that we stayed again this year. There were five of us and we all had plenty of space. Condo is in great location as well as quiet. We look forward to our next stay.

We have vacationed at Spanish key for 10 years and this is the worst condo we have rented. Master bathroom was not clean, bed in 2nd bedroom didn’t have a sheet on the bed. We came with 3 families and the condos they rented were great, they had their door and gate codes emailed to them, we had to drive an extra 30 minutes to pick up what could have easily been emailed to us. We had instructions to wash our towels and dishes which we have never had to do. No mention of construction or only one 1 elevator working, parking was terrible during the week because they let construction workers park in lot when they should have been across the street instead of paying customers parking there and walking across the road. NOT PLEASED with Bella beach properties, will not use them again!!!

We stayed for 6 days during Spring Break and had a great time. It was wonderful to be right on the beach! We watched the dolphins every day. Inside was comfortable & perfect for our family of 5. Easy drive to the grocery store, restaurants & movie theater.
