Summerlin è un bellissimo appartamento due camere da letto Okaloosa Island, in un piccolo complesso di 30 unità di fronte alla spiaggia. When the air conditioning unit in the property failed, they notified us in advance of the issue and made every effort to resolve it in a timely manner. Our second time at this beautiful condo. The weather was perfect and the views are amazing. Easy getting into the condo with clear instructions. The only thing we were disappointed is the listing stated DVD player but none was available and as we brought our own DVDs. No a major problem because the views and weather more than made up for it.

I would definitely stay here again The condo was clean and the owners were so friendly and accommodating. It was a girls getaway trip but I will definitely be taking my family back with me. The weather did not cooperate but there are plenty of restaurants that are a quick drive as well as shopping and nail salons!

Modern, superbly clean unit. Beautiful view of the beach. Loved using the cleaned BBQ grills. Well equipped with modern appliances. The king mattress could be replaced. Will stay here again.

This is one of my favorites. It has easy access to the beach. The condo was clean and spacious. I enjoy sitting on the balcony watching the waves. I would stay here again.

Our condo was great. It was nicely updated and comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils that you would need to make your meals if desired. There were even some spices and cooking sprays in the cupboard. Another added bonus was the pool or beach gear that was in the laundry room. Very handy.

This was our 2nd visit to this location and unit. We like the ease of access to the beach. The only negative was the fact we could not open the Master bedroom door wall so could not access the balcony from the bedroom. This needs attention.

This is our third stay in this unit and we love it!!! The location cannot be beat and the beach is beautiful and not over crowded. The condo is set up nicely with two fabulous bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk in showers. It is clean and well stocked with plenty of room for 4 adults and a baby easily. We will continue using this condo for as long as it is available.

We’ve spent a week on Fort Walton Beach for the last 5 years. This was our best experience. The unit was clean and well appointed. They even had toys and extra beach chairs. I can’t see us staying anywhere else in the area.

We love this condo! The location is nice and quiet; but only minutes from everything. The building is well maintained with easy access to the parking lot and beach. Scott & Tina are great to work with and really saved us on this trip; as our original rental fell through after we arrived. They responded to our message immediately and allowed us to book with them. We're so thankful they helped us out! This two bedroom/two bath has everything you will need for a fun, relaxing getaway. We've stayed in this condo in the past and we will definitely return!
