“Non scegliete questo hotel. Persona alla reception incapace di risolvere i problemi. Mancava un letto e i miei figli hanno dormito in 3 per 2 notti in un letto e il ragazzo della reception se ne letteralmente fregato lasciandoci 2 notti in 5 con 2 letti.Aria condizionata rumorosa come un trattore. Abbiamo chiesto un rimborso parziale tramite Expedia ma l' hotel si è rifiutato. ”

“I liked the location as it is close to downtown, this is the reason I booked the hotel. However, felt as if I booked well ahead of time to allow my room to be located in building where the pool is not in the back building. I am very upset that I received a text message at 7am asking me when I was going to check out!! I have significant issues sleeping and had just fallen back to sleep! Hotels in my opinion should allow a lay in and don’t text me at 7:00 am!!!!!!!!!!! Breakfast was all bread...

“The second floor was undergoing renovation and the guy was working in the hall until 2200 Friday night. And on Saturday morning. Unacceptable. Room 217 was great. Beds were wonderful. Thanks front desk folks.”

“We booked the weekend getaway the day before arriving. The room was very artsy and spacious for a boutique hotel. The outdoor space had games and generous seating options. The lounge area on the level was full of books and interesting collections. The bed was very comfortable. We had dessert at the restaurant. Having the restaurant was an added bonus. We hope to return this summer. The location was perfect with many restaurant in walking distance.”

“IT TOOK AND HOUR AND HALF TO GET INTO MY ROOM BECAUSE THE KEYS WOULDNT WORK SO THEY SWITCHED MY ROOMS, IF I LEFT ME ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY I COULDNT GET BACK IN SO I HAD TO KEEP GETTING KEYS MADE, THEN THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THE SERVICE DOGS I WAS TAKING BACK TO THEIR OWNERS WERE NOT MINE, IT WAS A TOTAL CRAP SHOW. HIGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND.”
