"excellent hotel, old but charming for that reason, super location, in front of the castle and many restaurants, pubs and shops. The room is spacious, beds are comfortable, breakfast is excellent, staff helpful and efficient. We tried dining at their restaurant and everything was amazing"

"Lovely check in by the staff late at night and they were very kind and offered me a chair as they could see I was struggling after competing in an event."

"Stayed here a couple of times as location great. Car parking available at the train station with a few minutes walk. Rooms are very small and compact but compared to a lot of hotels in Cardiff if you can put up with that it is good value for money"
