“Great little studio flat. Perfect for 2 people. Kitchen well equipped, great hair dryer, lovely towels, comfy bed, great all round apartment. Didn’t bother me but 2 flights of stairs into the rafters of the house for anyone with mobility issues. Very comfortable, wound stay again. ”

“Everything as usual was excellent, However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast. On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special. Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge. Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff. We will, ofcourse come to stay again. ”

The rooms are comfortable with good ensuite facilities and who wouldn’t want to sit back and admire the grounds. And of course the wonderful pool and surrounding facilities. “My accommodation at James's Place was perfect for my needs. Modern and stylish design. Fresh and clean throughout. Nice touches such as Welsh cakes and milk on arrival. Great information shared about the local area. Would highly recommend 10/10”

“Way better than expected. Room layout was amazing - there was a family - so L shaped room which gave some division. Hotel is a tad need of some renovations - but for price and facilities - it was perfect. Very comfy beds, clean rooms and a bar opened when we were there. Staff friendly ”
