“Great location, beautifully decorated room and good quality bedding, towels, toiletries etc.
However .. our room (9) was TINY .. the gap on one side of the bed was approx 8 inches between the bed and the wall so very difficult to navigate safely particularly at night without stubbing your toe on the one side or bumping into to door handle on the other.
There was no where to put a suitcase to unpack other than on the bed or the floor which was difficult for us.
The en-suite was tastefully...

“A excellent stay prior to a flight from Bristol Airport.
Restaurant was excellent with a good selection of food and drinks.
The staff made you feel welcome.
Car parking was great and only 15-20 minutes from the airport.

“Il posto é consigliato per chi vuole socializzare e ballare. Noi invece volevamo dormire tranquilli. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo scoperto che sotto alla nostra camera si teneva una festa di matrimonio, con musica altissima fino a notte fonda. Per fortuna eravamo talmente stanchi da addormentarci di sasso comunque. Camera non pulitissima ( moquette con macchie, un paio di ragnatele con ragni e soprattutto tazze per il the sporche). Personale gentile e disponibile.”

“Impressive place and setting …. Grand reception , rooms ok wouldn’t pay extra for balcony because it was unsightly with weeds . Service went down hill as night went on and got busy . Ordered two cocktails £16 EACH and only one turned up …. Finished the one before the other turned up ! Very poor then just had to always attract attention for service ! Really disappointing .
Breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive .
Over all the place needs some improvement , looking tired in places .”

“I stayed at this hotel for the Oasis concert.
The welcome was perfect.
The lobby was decorated for the occasion with a small welcome buffet and themed gadgets.
The staff was kind and the rooms were comfortable.

“At the arrival and going to our room there was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel I asked at the reception to have 1of each brought to our room but it did not happened also the bathtub is either very badly stained or just not cleaned properly so we felt that we could not have a shower in it
The hotel bar was very good and staff very friendly the breakfast was very nice plenty of everything
Thank you we still enjoyed our stay”
