I ended up paying for a room we didn't use, because the cancellation period was no longer applicable once (24 hours before arrival), and the pictures provided of the property did NOT represent what we saw and experienced. There were a number of safety concerns that made this hotel unworkable for us. “The parking lot has huge potholes that are difficult to avoid. The staff was very friendly and accommodating The property is old. The carpets and furniture need to be replaced It’s as clean as it can be considering how worn out everything is. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable”
