“The laundry situation sucked. We had to use coins to wash and dry. Our clothes did not dry after one cycle. We went back downstairs to ask for more coins and they didn’t have any. We wished we just found a local laundry mat and started the washing process there. The staff at the lobby didn’t offer an apology for the inconvenience or a solution for my problem. We only had our room serviced once despite spending 4 nights on our stay. When re requested our trash to be taken out, we were told “oh...

“Daily breakfast was nice and well managed/cared for. Location was convenient with many things nearby. Pool size was disappointing. Noise level was relatively high when we were there (high school choir group and midnight fire alarm evacuation).”

“This place is conveniently located to the Peoria sports complex. We were there for spring training. The hotel is very rundown with wallpaper peeling and walls painted with two different paint colors. The vent in our bathroom was boarded over. They charge a lot of money during the six weeks of spring training, but it’s just not worth it. The only positive I can say is that it’s within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. I wish they would spend some of the money repairing the hotel. ”

“Only draw back is that carpet in our room needed cleaning and more attention to sweeping up and cleaning of bathroom. This hotel was great for kids and adults alike. Breakfast was above what was expected. Staff always polite and helpful. Centrally located to restaurants and shopping stores. ”

“Roof smelt like cigarette smoke, very minimal breakfast options. Paid for a suite and was a normal size room with another bed crammed in.”

“Parking was easy. Room smelled, AC was loud. The room was generally in poor condition. The bed was high and every time you moved in it, the whole bed frame squeaked. Not a pleasant stay.”
