“We stay at Home2Suites whenever we travel if possible because we are always very happy with our stay. We went to Cincinnati with another couple for an overnight getaway and everything was great until we got up this morning and went down for breakfast at 7 a.m when breakfast was supposed to start. The breakfast area was not open and the room was dark. The front desk staff acted like they hadn't realized it and noticed that the breakfast staff hadn't reported to work. “My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bars on site are outstanding and reasonably priced as well. Next door is a great bar (Dilly Bistro, Bar and Bottle Shop), Starbucks, two good pizza joints and Graeter's Ice Cream. “Everything was good clean and staff was nice ”

“The room was spacious and clean. The art gallery and lounge areas were nice and welcoming. Not a lot of noise on the floors. The only draw back is the lot. There are lots of cement pillars in the garage, with narrow parking so you have to be very careful pulling in and out. ”

“Overall great place, great location particularly if you visit Newport on the Levee. Only detail we didn’t care for was how thin the walls seemed. We could hear our neighbor’s TV late into the night and early in the morning. Aside from that, it was great. ”

“GPS did not do a good job directing us to the hotel, even though it is easy to get too. The property was clean, and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good too. I also liked that there is a coffee/hot water machine always on in the lobby.”

“Adorably decorated hotel. Staff was super friendly. Place is very clean. We stayed two nights. No one brought in clean towels or the bottled water that was supposed to be there. I guess you have to ask for maid service for that stuff. ”

“The breakfast ended at 10am and when we went downstairs at 9:40am, there was nothing left but cold items and waffles. We had to speak with several staff members to get someone to make more food for us and other guests who came down well before the end of breakfast hours. ”
