Hotel vicino a Hyde Park Square - Cincinnati

“Hotel staff didn't care that construction workers were tracking mud on elevator carpet and leaving in sight big garbage bags full of junk. The desk staff was short and defended poor television remote control saying it wasn't hotels fault. Staff needs customer service and relationship training. I will not return or refer”

“I didn’t like that breakfast was supposed to be included but there was a charge for it. I didn’t like a parking fee. Not in downtown area with limited parking. Very large room and clean”

“Far exceeded expectations. Host was attentive and responded to questions promptly. Home was clean and in a wonderful location.”

“It was what was lacking from the listing that was the problem-- there were 20 sketchy steps from the sidewalk to the front door. Those were not mentioned. We're 81 and 78. Stairs in general are things we try to avoid, but these were covered with leaves, ivy encroaching on the lowest set and with ridiculously low hand rails. Since there's no off-street parking, using the scary stairs was mandatory. The house was fine, but getting in and out was not.”
