“Close to the airport, gas stations, restaurants. Pool looked nice but we did not go in. Room was clean, could use some TLC. Ample parking but parking in the rear the card lock doors did not work.”

“We booked for the price and airport shuttle but when we arrived we were told our flight was too early and they wouldn’t take us. No ice, no coffee in rooms, and the one vending machine didn’t work. No front office staff when the sun goes down. They people above us sounded like they were jumping up and down on the beds and jumping on the floor so we didn’t get any sleep. There was no security and no front office to call for help.”

“The room was clean. They gave us a room that had not been cleaned then didn’t have a king room. There was lots of noise all night. ”

“This was the first time I have ever not slept in a hotel that I booked due to it being so dirty. Our bathroom light did not work, hotel smelled horrible, room was dirty. Left immediately.”

“The price for this property is very low and reflects what you get. The staff at check in was fabulous. The pictures are not accurate in terms of cleanliness or upkeep but for a 2 night stay was fine. The rooms are accurate to the picture - spacious but bedding is very basic. If you need extra covers, you need to ask during the day when the daytime housekeeping staff is in. The property is a 7min Uber ride to Broadway so that was great. Lots of parking available. “The heat didn't work. The light fell out of the bathroom ceiling. It didn't seem like they cleaned it between guest. Stains on the bed and dead bugs in the floor and on the wall. The neighborhood wasn't the best and people were smoking on the balcony right outside of the room. Checked out early and will never stay again.”

“The room initially provided was not able to be stayed in. The second room the WiFi didn’t work the room was constantly being disturbed. The floors were sticky I was afraid to lay in the bed because of the sheets discoloration. I was charged the price of the room for a 1 hour early check in plus a deposit upon delivery with a card fee for deposit. Overall a horrible experience ”
