“I had the suppose to be deluxe king suite and it was very little and the patio door didn’t lock unless the bar was up there and you could tell that the patio door had been jimmied a bunch of times to where they had to well the patio gate shut so I had to go out my room and around to pool when the pool was right outside the patio very inconvenient”

“Clean, comfortable rooms. Good location if you are going to the Opry. Would have given it five stars but there were not coffee pots in the rooms. There is coffee in the lobby which is fresh ground and good it was just inconvenient for several of us.”

“The gal at the front desk was not interested in providing good customer service. When I booked the room, I booked a room with a bath tub; I asked the gal if I was getting one explaining I booked it and she just said it should have one. It did not. I asked if the room had water, she said two bottles in the room. No water in the room and no answer at the desk when I called down to see if I missed it somewhere. She was still there in the morning- her customer service skills and speaking skills...

“The walls were paper thin and we could hear people down stairs at the bar at 11pm. Quiet hours dont start until midnight so if youre staying with kids, good luck.”

“I was traveling to Nashville for a special event and The Grand Ole Opry. This hotel and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Being a solo female traveler, I requested an interior room to feel safer, and they followed through. Everyone was so sweet at the front desk, as well as in the restaurant. This is such a charming hotel, I will definitely be back!”

“Hotel vicino all'autostrada, ma silenzioso, pulito, personale gentile. Colazione abbondante e non pesante (yogurt, frutta a volontà, oltre alla solita colazione americana). Proprio niente da eccepire. Tutto sommato, neppure troppo distante dal centro (15 min. di macchina).”

“Was told to be in the lobby at 520am for the 530am airport shuttle, no shuttle ever showed up and I had to Uber there.”

“People out in the parking lot smoking marijuana and people out walking all the the parking lot and hanging around their vehicles. Hard time finding room. My wife and I DID NOT feel safe. Will not recommend”
