Hotel vicino a Wave Country - Nashville

“We stayed in the Retreat House. The room and bathroom were beautiful and sparkling clean and very spacious. The only reason I did not give this bed-and-breakfast five stars was the location. Belle Air mansion is located on a tremendously busy intersection right off the interstate. It is a MUST that you bring earplugs and an eye mask to get a good nights restful sleep otherwise you will be up all night listening to traffic. Breakfast was delicious!”

I did that however when he called me back & i said tv was the same & i asked for a room change, he tried to get around it by saying the tech said the entire hotel had the same experience. “Hotel vicino all'autostrada, ma silenzioso, pulito, personale gentile. Colazione abbondante e non pesante (yogurt, frutta a volontà, oltre alla solita colazione americana). Proprio niente da eccepire. Tutto sommato, neppure troppo distante dal centro (15 min. di macchina).”

The only issue/complaint I had was that I had booked the hotel specifically because I was traveling for over a week and saw that they had stoves and full size fridges in the rooms. Only to arrive and realize they did not provide any kitchen items. I had to ask the front desk if I could use a sauce pan. Which she provided without issue but it was frustrating to find out there was no silverware, plates, or anything to use with the stove. Since...

“We booked for the price and airport shuttle but when we arrived we were told our flight was too early and they wouldn’t take us. No ice, no coffee in rooms, and the one vending machine didn’t work. No front office staff when the sun goes down. They people above us sounded like they were jumping up and down on the beds and jumping on the floor so we didn’t get any sleep. There was no security and no front office to call for help.”
