“Clean, comfortable rooms. Good location if you are going to the Opry. Would have given it five stars but there were not coffee pots in the rooms. There is coffee in the lobby which is fresh ground and good it was just inconvenient for several of us.”

“old building but never renovated, old carpets … air conditioning way too noisy and had trouble with the thermostat keeping temp at 70 degrees … great that it had body wash, shampoo and conditioner available in the shower … breakfast was good.”

“I was traveling to Nashville for a special event and The Grand Ole Opry. This hotel and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Being a solo female traveler, I requested an interior room to feel safer, and they followed through. Everyone was so sweet at the front desk, as well as in the restaurant. The tiny freezer in the refrigerator was not cold enough for anything frozen. The community microwave we used a couple times when we were on our way out.
