“We weren't able to check in until late due to all day travel. We got there with kids half asleep and trying to hold them plus a cart of luggage, they sent us up to a room that had not been cleaned! There was trash in the baskets, soap was opened and used, countertops dirty...and we had to pack back up the bags onto the luggage cart and haul everything with kids back downstairs! The lady apologized, but had to get help to figure out how to switch out rooms. The breakfast was pretty pitiful, and...

Management was so communicative and welcoming, and made sure the check-in and checkout processes were super simple. The room had everything we needed and I loved the smart tv so I could stream my movies. I would definitely stay there again and have recommended this hotel to my friends!”
